Assessment Documentation Page

The "Assessment Documentation Page" has two main portion a navigation drop down folder on the left and input form on the right. On the left the organization of the files can be by Course or by Outcomes(See the Outcomes or Courses page for further information). the Outcomes structure is as follows: Outcomes-->Indicators-->Measures-->Assessments. While the Course structure is: Courses--> Indicators-->Measures--Assessments. On The Right is a templated form asking you for information to be inputed clicking "Submit" will save progress on the Assessment while clicking "Cancel" will delete all the Information put in unless the information was previously saved the "Clear" button will clear out all the form boxes above.
