Measures Page

When the Measures button is pressed on the left side you will see the "Side Bar"(visit the "Side Bar" wiki for further information). On the right you will see a "New" button at the top this will create a new Measure(visit "Create Measure Page" wiki for more information). Bellow this header there will be cards(Visit the wiki "Card" page for more information) each card will contain: the measure title, measure description, and two buttons labeled "Edit" and "Delete" that edit or delete the measure respectively.
