ProLeak is a modding platform for Legion TD 2:
-
Plugins: Python plugins that read and change the game. A plugin can:
- read every player, unit and wave, and the game's own data tables;
- add menus, pages, toasts and labels on units, drawn with the game's UI;
- answer chat commands and hotkeys, and play the game's sounds;
- in local games, build, upgrade and hire mercenaries for the player, and move the camera, down to a first-person view from any unit.
Players install plugins from the Mods menu, which also offers their updates. A plugin needs only a folder and a few lines of Python, and in developer mode it reloads as you save.
-
Stream events: waves, leaks, chat and every other game event, sent live from the game to OBS overlays, Twitch bots and scripts.
-
Replay your games: ProLeak can save every game you play, official or local, to a single file you can keep and share. Watch it again as a spectator or from your own seat with your HUD, from the Watch button in your match history.
-
Local games: ProLeak comes with its own game server. A local game plays the official rules against bots on your computer, with the sandbox and the special modes. A plugin can turn it into a new game mode: choose who holds each lane, switch whole systems of the game off, replace single rules, and drive the game from the server side.
In official games, plugins only watch the game and show things; anything that acts for the player works in local games. See Plugin permissions.
