Troubleshooting

Inspector's rule: Count contents, not just animation.

Symptom Check
Conveyor stalls Arrow, extraction/insertion faces, output capacity. No power needed.
Whitelist sends everything forward Empty samples match nothing.
Filter stalls on a match Lower route full/rejecting; category filters are not overflow bypasses.
Tank empty Source above drain, fluid pipe type, pattern slot, switch state.
Oil rejected Exact fluid name, accepted fuel list, old tank contents, pattern.
Still stops Fuel, valid recipe, input amount, product space.
Gauge or idle progress is zero Check local buffer versus process progress, actual products and live load.
Owned content missing after upgrade Stop, keep logs/copy; do not accept air replacement.

Commissioning Record

  1. Supply a counted amount; record every chest and tank.
  2. Operate, then block the receiver. Account for stock and processing ratios.
  3. Interrupt/reconnect pipework; test both redstone states.
  4. Save/reload, then close the whole process and reopen. Compare amounts, direction and progress before replacing blocks.
  5. Record which section unloaded for chunk-related faults.

Breaking a machine can hide the fault. Capture evidence first.

Report through basePower Issues, baseSteam Issues or baseElectric Issues. Include exact jar filenames, Minecraft/Forge, recipe mode, latest.log, crash report if any, a small layout, counted expected/actual results and restart steps. State if the world began in original Advantage.

Qualification notes distinguish exact tested jars from general compatibility claims. Historical possible-bug entries are not all current open defects.
