  • Facilitators can see collapsed categories & definitions
  • Facilitators can see corresponding numbers and status (color) in Saved Responses (sidebar)
• For each category (number):
  • Facilitators can select either High Level or Deep Dive
  • High Level shows ratings at category level
  • Deep Dive shows ratings at sub-category and category level
  • Facilitators can add Supporting Products from inventory (modal)
  • Facilitators can add Notes in text box
  • Facilitators can rate at category or sub-category level
  • Rating changes color of number on left-hand side and in sidebar
  • Facilitators can Save Response

District Facilitator Assessment Critical Path

• Receive notification that participants have completed inventory
• Log in & return to tool
• Review / edit inventory
  • Share or download as needed
• Create assessment & preview information
  • (Schedule in person meeting)
• Return to assessment to facilitate meeting
• For each category
  • Decide high level or deep dive
  • Add supporting products
    • Modal opens with list of product names & purpose from inventory
    • Select checkboxes to add
  • Add notes
  • Add ratings
    • High level: single category-level rating
    • Deep dive: rate each sub-category and overall category
  • Save
• Submit assessment
• Review results
