Add Framework AMD AI 300 Series

Description of changes

Add a module for the new Framework AMD AI 300 Series. Largely this is a clone of the 7040 AMD series module.

Things done

• Tested the changes in your own NixOS Configuration
• Tested the changes end-to-end by using your fork of nixos-hardware and
  importing it via <nixos-hardware> or Flake input

@cprussin how did you manage to install NixOS in the first place? I'm trying to boot a USB with the graphical installer (https://releases.nixos.org/nixos/25.05/nixos-25.05beta802025.cd2812de55cf) and the Framework, while it detects the EFI boot drive, gives an error without much description saying it can't boot from it...

Thank you so much and sorry for jumping here for support! I am a bit stressed as I need to get this working quite urgently actually...
