Dear @jiameng04,
The solubility gain per charge is a factor that determines by how much the solubility of a non-neutral compound changes when the pH of the medium is changed.

You can display the solubility-pH profile by clicking on Show Graph next to the solubility gain per charge:

Decreasing the solubility gain per charge generally reduces the effect of altered pH on the drug's solubility (e.g., if solubility gain per charge is 1, there is no effect of pH on the drug's solubility and its solubility is constant across the entire pH range), and increasing the solubility gain per charge enhances the effect.
