Question about TMDD parameter (Kon) in MoBi #2190

Hi, I'm reproducing the TMDD model from this publication (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S009095562509508X) in PK-Sim/MoBi and ran into a question about the Kon parameter. In the paper, Kon is reported in nM⁻¹/min, but I can't find an equivalent unit in MoBi. Has anyone encountered this issue before? How did you implement this parameter in your model? Did you convert the units, or is there a recommended approach for defining Kon in MoBi? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Thanks! |

Hi, nM⁻¹/min = (1/nM)/min = l/nmol/min which you can select in MoBi. |

Thank you very much for your help! I found the "Second order rate constant" dimension and was able to select the correct unit. |
Hi,
nM⁻¹/min = (1/nM)/min = l/nmol/min which you can select in MoBi.
Choose "Dimension" as "Second order rate constant" to find the unit.
