Symbols And Watchlists

Symbols and watchlists define the instruments TradePress should track, analyse, or display.
A symbol identifies an instrument such as a stock, ETF, currency pair, or crypto pair.
Examples:
NVDAAAPLBTCUSDGBPUSD
Watchlists group symbols for easier review. Features may use watchlists to decide which symbols to import, analyse, or show first.
Adding a symbol does not guarantee that every feature has data for it. A feature may still need:
- provider support
- imported market data
- enough price history
- configured research sources
- healthy scoring directives
If a symbol appears but has no useful output, check provider configuration, imported data, and feature health.
TradePress is currently in alpha. Verify provider configuration, data freshness, and feature health before relying on output.
