Any momentary switch will do the trick.

Avoid A6, A7 as they don't have digital capability. And D13 due to arduino on board led

Configuration

Set how many buttons are wired and pins used then upload the sketch

Usage

Buttons can be used in simhub for any arduino board, or be seen as Gamepad for arduino micro (when enabling the option)
