An archetype allows you to define a preset kit for a player characters. Everything you set here is basically something a player character can later gain. An archetype is normally part of a story, though it can exist as a standalone item.
Here you can set the basics like the portrait and the name of the archetype.
The portrait you set here will be copied to a player character when they chosse the archetype, unless they already have a custom portrait.
This section defines most of the game play relevant properties of an archetype.
This section allows you to create perks and set how many perks a character may take. You can create perks either directly here using the "+" or drag & drop perk items here to add them to the archetype. You can remove perks using the "x" next to the name that shows up when you hover over it. Clicking the name opens the perk sheet.
Here you can create gear associated with this archetype using "+" or drag and drop gear here to add it. Created gear is added to the selectable gear by default, you can add it to the guaranteed using either drag & drop or by shift+clicking it, or return it to the selectable section the very same way. You can also set how many of the selectable gear a player can select. You can remove gear using the "x" next to the name that shows up when you hover over it. Clicking the name opens the gear sheet.
