Stored in user://gitot_settings.cfg (non-sensitive values only).

Key	Default	Effect
large_file_mb	50	Blocks staging files above this size. 0 disables the guard. LFS-tracked files are exempt when LFS is ready.
network_timeout_sec	120	Timeout for network commands (push, pull, fetch, LFS pull), minimum 30. Raise it for big assets.
max_stashes	10	Shelf cap (1-50). Stash is disabled when full; entries are never auto-deleted.
status_letters	false	Staged / Unstaged status as a letter (U/A/M/D/C) instead of an icon.
confirm_push	true	Ask before pushing.
confirm_create_branch	true	Ask before creating a branch.
confirm_amend	true	Ask before amending the last commit. A commit already pushed to origin always asks, whatever this says.
echo_to_output	true	Also print Gitot's log lines in Godot's Output panel. Off: they only appear in the Gitot console (fatal errors always print).
auto_refresh_on_focus	true	Refresh status when the editor regains focus, at most once every 3 seconds.
github_issues_enabled	true	Turn off to unload the Issues Tracker completely.
lfs_note_visible	true	Shows the notes at the bottom of the LFS panel (toggled by its Info button).
