Small_fish_gui is an open source software aimed at analyzing FISH microscopy images. It is able to perform cell segmentation and single molecule quantification in various ways. The usage of this software does not require any coding skills, everything comes with a ready to use graphical interface.
To begin using Small Fish start with sections 1 and 2 of this wiki.
