Thursday, 17 July

Bootstrapped the whole project: assembled the worklog core from the reviewed spec artifacts, built the roadmap renderer and plan capture with their hook gates, wrote the PR-simulation integration suite (which caught and fixed the newline-fusion story in the spec), and shipped the Claude plugin v0.1 with init/uninstall/doctor. Evening went to the docs push — WikiTicket SDD identity, three-page user guide, dogfood enforcement hooks — and standing up the GitHub repo, CI, and the wiki with its first six pages.

Friday, 18 July

Feature day on the backlog. Morning: push-only ticket sync (every open item became a GitHub issue with roadmap links) and /worklog:init system detection. Afternoon: burned five tickets — compaction with its fold-equality safety gate and nightly CI job, daily/weekly status reports, spec v1.4's rewrite of adapters into skill-based edges, close-on-close sync proven live when the sync run closed six finished issues itself, and background plan publishing. Wrote the week's status report with the machinery built the same day, then closed the timecard question (narrative-only) and built this very report's plumbing.
