The project went from an empty repo to v0.4.0 this week, tracked end to end in its own log.

Shipped, by epic

Worklog Claude plugin (v0.1.0, 10 items) — plugin manifest, the three core skills, /worklog:init / uninstall / doctor with sandbox-verified data preservation, marketplace manifest, README, and the plugin test suite.

Docs, wiki publishing & dogfood discipline (18 items) — WikiTicket SDD identity ("wicked ticket"), the three-page user guide, dogfood-enforcement hooks (UserPromptSubmit reminder, Stop gate, SessionStart doctor-lite), roadmap-snapshot, the system-vague wiki-publish skill with the published.json ledger, plugin installers, and the first six wiki pages.

Ticket sync + init detection (v0.3.0, 12 items) — worklog link and wiki-add, the push-only ticket-sync skill (ULID-marker idempotency, hash skip), /worklog:init system detection with pick-and-mix multi-select, and the dogfood run that put every open item on GitHub Issues with roadmap links.

Backlog burn (v0.4.0, 5 items) — compaction per spec §7 with fold-equality verification and a nightly CI job, worklog status daily/weekly with frozen reports, spec v1.4 (skill-based edges), close-on-close ticket sync (proven live: the sync run closed 6 finished issues itself), and background plan-publish after capture.

• Ticket sync epic (#4) — one child remains: pull + echo suppression + conflicts (#13).

Blocked

• Timecard status kind (#17) — needs spec §17 open question 4 decided: hours vs narrative. Human call.

Unplanned work

2 of 45 closed items (4.4%) were unplanned, both recorded before the work happened:

• Close-linked-ticket gap — discovered during the dogfood sync run, fixed same week.
• Spec adapter-reference cleanup (#16) — discovered during the v1.4 revision, still open (P3).

Needs attention

No conflicts. Open backlog: pull sync (#13), wiki breadth (#6), harness ports (#9), multi-tracker (#10), spec cleanup (#16), timecard decision (#17).
