• Four releases cut: v0.7.0 (work taxonomy), v0.8.0 (ADRs), v0.9.0 (auto-merge flag + viz), v0.10.0 (Stop-hook fix + ADO caveats). All skill-cut, all merged by the green-gates loop.
• Work taxonomy epic complete end-to-end: level/kind/milestone axes in fold, CLI, hooks, roadmap sections, adapters; classifier ships off-by-default; spec v1.7.
• ADRs live: schema-validated docs/adr/, worklog adr new|list|check, pre-commit guard, seeded 0001–0003 from real decisions, wiki-synced.
• Mermaid roadmap viz: deps/hierarchy diagrams default, event-dated gantt opt-in (bars from real event timestamps, never fabricated); Grok Build native-compat documented (verification pending).
• Auto-merge-on-green feature flag (default on per Rick); advisory mode reports green and waits.
• ADO migration story descoped per Rick to field-tested hints and caveats in the ticket-sync skill + adapters/README (tag markers, merge-never-overwrite, link-first migration with 0-creates dry-run gate). No ADO adapter ships.

Fixed

• Stop hook false-blocks: #46's race theory was wrong; true root cause was untracked files counted as dirty — -uno on both status reads (PR #47).
• Dispatcher pushed a fold orphan as an untitled remote issue — now skipped with a drift note.
• Empty item id accepted by 7 subcommands — _require_item() guard.
• test_adr broke the sandbox coverage convention; the green-gates loop caught it by refusing PR #36 at 71% coverage.

State
