Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to create release notes for the apps that released in Sept month.

Below doc PRs needs to be merged before releasing this PR:

Select the type of change

  • Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
  • Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
  • New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
  • Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Ticket (if applicable)

Release note for apps released in September 24

My apologies, @JV0812 and @kimsauce. I shouldn't have merged this PR. 🤦 The actual publication date is supposed to be October 1. I'm reverting it with PR #4598
