Packages the remaining maintainer-authored review queue into one integration PR:
Why
These changes were reviewed together against the current
devtree so stale implementations could be excluded while the still-useful behavior was retained. This lets the remaining queue land as one coherent, tested increment rather than nine separate manual merges.Validation
