Limitations

• The supplied build configuration is Windows-only and Win32/x86.
• Festival setup depends on legacy-compatible libraries and a COM bridge.
• The local tone preview is not a Festival voice preview.
• Singing-mode XML supports the subset parsed by the application rather than arbitrary Festival XML extensions.
• Sample import is limited to supported PCM or IEEE-float WAV formats.
• Project folders copy WAV files but do not package the Festival runtime or installed voices.
• Realtime output uses Windows-specific audio APIs.
• Slicer offline export is fixed to stereo 44.1 kHz, 16-bit PCM.
• No plugin format, DAW synchronization, MIDI-file import, or cross-platform build is currently provided.
