Choose a voice and BPM, add notes or rests, edit pitch/duration/phoneme, arrange the piano roll, preview through Festival, save XML, and export WAV.

Sample arrangement

Import WAV files, select waveform ranges, create or auto-generate slices, set loop markers and root notes, audition slices, arrange them in the Slicer Piano Roll, save a project folder, and render the final Slicer WAV.
