  1. What went well?
  • Our communication as a team was our strongest suit. We were very supportive and understanding of each other and felt responsible for each member of our group.
  • When an extra task came up, either it be implementation, research or documentation, any team member was ready to jump in and make it happen.
  • Our distribution of roles for the backend was nicely balanced.
  1. What went wrong?
  • Some of our distributions of roles was not forward thinking. (for example, the front-end of the app), but I think this is not an unusual problem as we only have so much experience working in a team on a project of this scale.
  • What was expected from us was not clear in many cases, which frequently slowed us down and stressed us out.
  1. Concrete actions
  • Definition of tasks can be clarified further.
  1. What do I know now that I did not know at the beginning of this class?
  • Docker
  • Postman
  • GitHub actions
