Lessons learned Group 2

What we did well:

• Experienced team members helped us develop our work.
• We managed to create a mostly functioning app.
• We were respectful to each other and carried out healthy communication.

What we could not do well:

• Unit tests should be a priority, not something done at the end
• We should create issues more actively
• Generally poor planning

Concrete proposals:

• Stick to deadlines better, do tasks before the final deadline so we can review at the end
• Define each person's task more clearly so they know exactly what to do
• Doing unit tests earlier and maybe using it together with github actions
