• Wants to communicate with matched helpers even with intermittent connectivity
• Wants to track the status of her request (pending / matched / resolved)
• Wants to share critical info with helpers during emergency

Pre-Conditions

• The PWA is installed and has been opened at least once before (offline cache is ready)
• The user has a basic profile stored locally
• The device has no internet connection
• There are helpers registered in the system (locally cached list or server-side when online)

Scenario

• Ayşe Opens the app and taps Request Help
• Help request draft is created and saved locally since her connection is offline.
• She chooses her help request draft and starts filling the information.
• Selects a Need Type (e.g., Medical)
• Enters a short description (e.g., “Bleeding, needs first aid”)
• Since GPS is not available at the moment, the system appoints her last known location as the request location.
• Taps Submit
• The system saves the request locally and shows “Saved offline. Will sync when connection returns.”
• When connectivity returns, the system syncs the request automatically
• The system matches her request with available helpers based on:
  • need type / skills
  • proximity
  • availability
• Ayşe receives a match notification and can view helper details
• Ayşe marks the request as Resolved once help is received

Criteria

• 1.2.2.3 Users shall be able to create a help request while offline.
• 1.2.2.4 Users shall be able to choose a need type for their help request.
• 1.2.2.5 Users shall be able to enter a short description for their help request.
• 1.2.2.6 The system shall warn users when critical request info is missing (e.g., location or need type).
• 1.2.2.7 The system shall store help requests locally until connectivity is available.
• 1.2.2.8 The system shall synchronize pending help requests automatically when connectivity returns.
• 1.2.3.4 The system shall display the request status (Pending Sync / Synced / Matched / Resolved).
