• Ferhat opens the application

• The system records his availability locally if offline
• When connectivity is available, the system synchronizes availability status
• The system evaluates active help requests based on:
  • urgency level
  • required skill (medical)
  • proximity
  • vulnerability indicators
• The system automatically assigns a suitable request to Ferhat
