A compatibility-patch mod for Minecraft NeoForge. It fixes crashes and broken interactions between other mods, so a pack does not have to hunt for a matching set of mod versions.
It never modifies another mod's JAR. Every patch is a no-op when the thing it targets is not installed, nothing is bundled, and nothing is a hard dependency. It adds no gameplay content — no items, blocks, recipes, advancements or GUI. You will not see it in your world; what you will notice is the crashes and the log spam that stop.

None of the patched mods is required. The mod is safe to install on any 1.21.1 NeoForge pack.
Before 2.0.0 this was called Utility Nexus Fixes, with the mod id utility_nexus_fixes. If you are upgrading:
- Remove the old JAR. Do not just drop the new one on top of it — the mod id changed, so the loader would see two different mods.
-
Your old config is not migrated. Re-apply any non-default settings by hand. The old file was at
config/utility_nexus/fixes/config.toml. - Nothing else changed; version 2.0.0 is behaviourally identical to 1.4.0.
The other Utility Nexus mods (utility_nexus_admin, utility_nexus_qol, utility_core) are unrelated and keep their names.
Eight active patches: an Iris/Sodium client crash, spam from malformed entity names, a configurable log filter, wrong Nether portal returns, a Better Party server crash, corrupted health and absorption values, exponential boss health scaling, and Spanish villager dialogue. Each one is documented in Patches.
Two of them can be switched off in the config; the rest are always on or self-disabling. See Configuration.
- Getting Started — install, and who needs what.
- Patches — all eight, with the error each one silences.
- Configuration — the four options.
- Compatibility — including the known limitations.
