No dependencies. Tick Smoothing builds against the standard NeoForge and Minecraft server APIs, which carry their own licences.
Tick Smoothing compensates for low TPS; it does not prevent it. It is a complement to performance work, not a substitute for it — a server whose tick budget is being consumed by something avoidable will continue to consume it, and this mod will simply stop the symptoms from being visible until it does not.

Tick Smoothing is by Stalking Dragons, released under the MIT License. It hides the symptoms of low TPS; it does not raise TPS. Pair it with real performance work.
