OpenPilot for BMW's New system ID8 Series 3/5

I'd like to have a try, but I just have a BMW which is outside the support list.
Besides, I don’t have any experience related to automotive software and communications like CAN/LIN/FlaxRay.
Why not official support BMW Series? Sth. impossible to achieve? does anybody have some experience？
