When the Courses button on the left is selected you are brought to this page. You will see the first and last name tied to the username of the current session underneath a profile picture displayed in the top left of the screen. Under the displayed first and last name there is a drop down menu containing years, this is how you select what academic year you will be working in. If you want to change this simply select the dropdown box and select the academic year you choose to modify the data in. The gray menu below links you to the other pages inside the web application they are listed as follows: if you are logged in with a admin session they will be Home, Faculty(this page), Outcomes,Courses, Measures, Assessments,Generate PDF, Settings, and Logout. If you are logged in as a User or Faculty the list linked menu will be: Home, Outcomes, Measures, Assessments, Generate PDF, and Logout. Please view other pages on the wiki for further information about the pages mentioned above. The admin will be able to assign registered faculty members(learn how to register faculty members by visiting the "Register Faculty Page" wiki) to the course in the card by searching and selecting the faculty when the faculty is selected click the "Assign" button to assign the selected faculty. The admin will also be able to un-register Faculty to the Course by clicking the red button to the left of the desired faculties name. Finally the admin will be able to edit and delete the course by clicking the button "Edit" and "Delete" respectively on the card(visit "Card" on the wiki for further information on Cards) with the name of the course they wish to edit or delete, these buttons will be at the bottom of the Card. The Users will only be able to see the faculty registered to the courses. Displayed on the Course Card for everyone will be: Course title, assigned faculty, the "Target Goal" for the course, and any "Required Actions" for the course.
