Register Page

This page is only accessible by a admin session. There is a form below the header "Faculty Registration" this form consists of six pieces of information that is requested of for each user. The pieces of information are requested in this order of the new user: unique username, password, password confirmation, first name, last name, and finally a check box if checked assigns the new user as a admin. Following these fields is a "cancel" and "create account" button, the cancel button cancels the registration and the create account button creates the account. The new account should show up on the "Faculty Page" (please view the "Faculty Page" wiki for further information on).
