Rockdactyl adapts Soft Aurora, Magic Bento, Fluid Glass, Profile Card, spotlight, gradient, and motion ideas to the panel. Effects are layered behind content, constrained to their components, and reduced on touch devices or when reduced motion is requested.
Preferences, notifications, telemetry, and branding use server-side storage where appropriate. Optimistic interface changes include retry and reconciliation behavior so a temporary failed request does not silently become permanent UI state.
