Security and Support

Security reports

Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability. Use GitHub private vulnerability reporting and include affected versions, impact, reproduction steps, and minimal redacted evidence.

Never upload .env files, session cookies, passwords, API keys, database dumps, private server addresses, or production backups.

Rockdactyl supports the latest stable release on the exact Pterodactyl base listed in the repository's compatibility information. Core Panel and Wings vulnerabilities should also follow the Pterodactyl security policy.

Public support

Before posting, reproduce on the latest release, check Troubleshooting, and remove secrets and personal data. Include versions, host environment, installation method, browser/device, affected route, reproduction steps, and relevant redacted output.

Support for Pterodactyl, Wings, nodes, eggs, allocations, and game servers is provided by the upstream Pterodactyl documentation and community channels.
