Flobro

Flobro is a tiny floating browser window for Mac and Windows. It puts any webpage in a frameless window that stays on top of everything, with zero interface until you move your mouse to the top edge. Watch a video, follow a match, or keep an eye on a dashboard while you work, game or study.

Free and open source (MIT). Built with Tauri, so the download is small (around 5 MB on Mac, around 2 MB on Windows) and easy on your memory and battery.
