Sidebar
The main method for accessing links is the Sidebar. You can click an item to open it. If you have the "Remove on View" preference on, it will be removed when you view it. You can also use the keyboard arrows to navigate to an item, and use the Enter key to view them (again, removing if that's enabled).
You can also drag and drop items into the content area, location bar, or tab bar. This will show the item, but not remove it (even if the aforementioned setting is turned on).
Ctrl button, middle mouse
If you have Firefox set to open bookmarks and links in the current tab by default, then either holding ctrl+clicking an item or middle-clicking on an item will open it in a new tab. (The opposite is also true; if your Firefox is set to open things in a new tab, these alternatives should open it in the current tab).
Keyboard commands
You can use the following keyboard commands for viewing:
Alt+C will open the first item in the queue. If "Remove on View" is on, it will be removed; otherwise, it will be rotated to the bottom of the queue (this is to allow you to repeatedly use Alt+C when removal is off).
