FCPv2 WatchGlobal

WatchGlobal makes the Global Queue of inserts and retrievals visible or invisible to the client.

Field	Allowed Values	Default	Description
Enabled	[true,false]	true	Enables or disables global queue visibility.
VerbosityMask	Bitmask	All bits enabled	A bitmask to specify the level of messages. A value of 1 will only let through the basic completion and SimpleProgress messages.
