Drift checks for future releases

• Compare docker/.env.example and docker/docker-compose.yml against Self-Hosting.
• Compare backend routers and models against Architecture.
• Compare feature pages against the visible frontend navigation and settings tabs.
• Check Discussions category links before changing support routing.
• Keep exact API schemas in /docs and /redoc instead of copying full endpoint tables into the Wiki.
• Do not publish real tokens, secrets, private URLs, family data, webhook IDs, VAPID keys, or credentials.
