Camera USBs and Link USBs will migrate to a relative position system to support structures.

Possible issues:

This will most likely require pinlocks and cameras to have their data re-added to the USB item for older saves.

Why this change?

It will be possible to make structures with linked security systems opening doors up to structures in the future.
