A 92px-tall session waveform with a growing live tail and a never-aggregated prompt jump rail.

Realtime Comprehension — Whole-session tempo, latency heat, cost burn, compaction cuts, fold pressure, and the live RUN/WAIT elapsed tail in one shallow ribbon. Every user/steering step has its own clickable top-rail marker that jumps to the exact transcript prompt.

Long-Session Scaling — Non-prompt turns compress to subpixel beats; the full axis renormalizes as the session grows, while prompt markers remain one-for-one indexed draw/hit targets and the live tail keeps a reserved focus zone.

A 148px-wide vertical rhythm rail where waits become gaps and the current operation becomes a growing needle.

Realtime Comprehension — Where wall-clock gaps accumulated, whether the bottom edge is moving or stalled, current elapsed time, latency temperature, cost trajectory, context/fold pressure. A dedicated left track gives every prompt an individually clickable arrow/diamond.

Long-Session Scaling — The entire run renormalizes onto one vertical trace; ordinary activity may compress, but every prompt preserves a unique marker and click target that jumps the adjacent transcript to its exact step.

A corner-sized radial instrument combining whole-session rings with a live elapsed-time core.

Realtime Comprehension — Current RUN/WAIT elapsed at center, all durable turns around the edge, latency heat, context/fold proximity, cost trajectory, recent tempo beads. Every user/steering prompt is a distinct clickable bead on a separate outer orbit.

Long-Session Scaling — Concentric encodings preserve 250+ turns without panels; the orbit renormalizes to session length while prompt beads remain one-for-one indexed and clickable, never clustered away.
