The minimap distilled — the whole session's shape in a rail, strip, or coin.

Micro Strata Rail

The minimap distilled to a 120px rail: 1px-per-turn semantic lanes, live head marker, micro context/budget gauges, verdict glyphs, and permanent clickable prompt chevrons.

Realtime Comprehension — From the rail alone: what's happening now (white head line + animated in-flight stratum), is it stuck/looping/runaway (⟳⚠… verdict glyphs), how far through, where the anomalies are (red diamonds, amber watch ticks, failed-job ✕), what's about to fold (context micro-bar + threshold tick), and every prompt one click away via never-collapsing gutter chevrons.

Long-Session Scaling — Append-only strata compress to texture (2px/turn at 278) while folds, delegate brackets, and anomalies use separate lanes so they stay separable; prompt chevrons and verdict glyphs are count-based with min-size + proximity-snap hit zones — they never wash out.

Session Ribbon

A full-width 88px ribbon: context-cliff band over a live turn barcode over actor/event micro-lanes, with permanent prompt ticks and a fixed live-readout cluster.

Realtime Comprehension — Now (NOW caret + animated barcode column), health (verdict glyphs + red diamonds/amber runaway cluster), progress (barcode fill), folds (context-band cliffs + full-height violet notches), parallel actors (delegate brackets + job pills), and all prompts as full-height blue/amber ticks with one-click jump.

Long-Session Scaling — ~3.5px per turn at 278 turns, merging into honest density texture at thousands; prompt ticks (10px hit columns with nearest-prompt snap), fold notches, and the runaway cluster survive compression on separate visual channels.

Session Coin

A 300×220 corner coin: progress ring with fold/error/runaway notches, live context inner ring, orbit status dots for delegates/jobs, a center state glyph, and prompt dots that jump the transcript.

Realtime Comprehension — Now (live two-letter tool glyph center, swapping to ⟳LOOP?/⚠RUNAWAY/…STALL? verdicts), progress (outer ring), fold proximity (inner context ring), anomalies (red notches, amber runaway arc), actor states (orbit dots), burn rate, budget %, and prompts as fixed-size ring dots.

Long-Session Scaling — O(markers), not O(turns): a 5,000-turn session is the same ring with the same 8 prompt dots and ~14 orbit dots — the most length-immune of the set, trading per-turn texture for always-legible state.
