The following list looks quite long, but in reality it's easy to get everything together and to get started.

Other teammates

The more people you are in your town, city or region - the better! Although we tried to make it as simple as possible, it is not trivial at all. You will need lots of different expertice in your team:

  • Technical knowhow: You need one friend who knows how to setup Wordpress on a webspace, keep it secure and does a bit of HTML-Design.

Contacts

  • A cool name
  • Webserver/Hosting-Account (Wordpress and plugins)
  • Accounts: Soundcloud, Wordpress.com for Akismet, Twitter,
  • Some technical help (only at the start)
  • Stickers with QR-code and an optional NFC-tag
  • Locations
  • A smartphone for testing purposes
  • Artists: without them your project is just a bunch of flashy labels next to a street
  • someone who understands media and can talk to journalists. Especially regional media will love your project!
  • time and passion - the most important ingredients
