This tools enable the agent to do a developer-focuesd research in a SAP system.

sap_api_hub_fetch	Retrieves complete OData v2 metadata, packages, APIs, events, or CDS view details by ID and kind ('package', 'api', 'event', 'cdsview') from SAP Business Accelerator Hub.
sap_api_hub_search	Performs catalog search on SAP Business Accelerator Hub (api.sap.com) returning matching packages, APIs, events, or CDS views.
sap_execute_request	Executes a raw, arbitrary HTTP request directly against the SAP backend utilizing the active CSRF vault tunnel.
sap_execute_sql	Executes arbitrary SQL queries directly against the SAP backend database. Recommended for complex joins and aggregations.
sap_explore_customizing	Explores customizing tables and views, including DDIC structure, foreign keys, documentation, and existing entries.
sap_explore_api_registry	Explore the underlying API root discovery payload for the SAP system. For ADT systems, this returns the ABAP ADT tree. For custom OData backends, this returns the OData Service Entity document.
sap_explore_domain	Performs automated dependency and call-graph crawling for SAP objects using top-down or bottom-up traversal.
sap_explore_enhancements	Scans ABAP source code to discover all explicit enhancement points, sections, and implicit routine/class hooks, as well as active enhancement implementations attached to them.
sap_explore_object	Performs semantic exploration of SAP development objects, packages, OData services, or BAdIs to inspect structure, dependencies, and metadata.
sap_explore_odata_service	Fetches and parses the OData service $metadata schema, returning a token-efficient JSON summary of EntitySets, keys, and properties.
sap_maintain_odata_service	Maintains SAP Gateway OData service registrations, including registration, unregistration, system alias assignment, and metadata cache clears.
sap_note_fetch	Retrieves complete text, description, components and details for an SAP Note by ID.
sap_notes_search	Performs S-User note search on me.sap.com returning a list of relevant SAP Notes and KBAs.
sap_odata_call	Executes a structured, safe OData CRUD request against the SAP backend, automatically stripping metadata wrappers and checking API Guard rules.
sap_fetch	Stages complete repository artifacts. Returns file_path, artifact hash/size/line count and bounded ABAP index; revision is the backend signature. Use sap_inspect_source for bounded local inspection.
sap_fetch_remote_version	Retrieves historical source code for a specific remote revision of an ABAP object from the SAP backend.
sap_fiori_app_fetch	Retrieves complete Fiori App configuration details including technical ICF nodes, target mappings, business catalogs/roles, scope items, and OData v2/v4 services by Fiori App ID (e.g. 'F1852').
sap_fiori_app_search	Performs search in SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library (pr.alm.me.sap.com) returning matching app titles, Fiori IDs, UI technologies, and components.
sap_get_element_info	Retrieves semantic type info and F2 Help content for ABAP symbols from local workspace files. Pinpoints the token using search queries, scopes, or line contexts.
sap_list_remote_versions	Lists historical revisions and transport request versions of an ABAP object stored in the remote SAP backend database.
sap_maintain_customizing	Maintains customizing tables and views using SAP GUI automation. Use sap_maintain_customizing_bcset when possible.
sap_query_xml	Queries XML nodes/attributes with query (XPath). Matches page at 50 nodes (max 200); results over 2 KiB spill as JSON. Continue with page.next_offset against the original file.
sap_resolve_frontend_target	Resolves SAP transaction codes (TCODE) or SPRO customizing coordinates to underlying ABAP programs, views, or functions.
sap_search_customizing	Discovers and searches the SAP SPRO Customizing hierarchy. Supports natural language keyword queries, reverse SPRO path resolution for tables/views, and child node browsing for folder IDs.
sap_search_source_code	Searches backend source with package/object filters. Reports engine, query semantics, scope and completeness. Unsupported native search uses bounded RPC literal search with explicit scope.
sap_select_data	Selects data directly from SAP tables using the native ADT Data Preview endpoint. - Usage: Ideal for quick, flat-table extraction. For aggregations or complex joins, use sap_execute_sql instead.
sap_where_used	Finds all references and usages of an ABAP development object, data type, or method across the SAP system.
