Set relevant salesforce pull variable to something ealier than when the item was last changed in salesforce, or set it to 0 to pull in all of the record type.
drush vset salesforce_pull_last_sync_Account 1406140000
In salesforce_mapping_object table, set entity_updated and last_sync fields to 0.
In the entity table (such as redhen_org and redhen_org_revision) set the updated column to 0.
Alternatively, comment out the condition in salesforce_pull_process_records(): if ($sf_object_updated > $entity_updated).
To limit which records come in, implement hook_salesforce_query_alter().
e.g. Check the object type, then add a condition for the salesforce ID. Example on LAC
if ($query->objectType == 'Account') {
$query->addCondition('Id', array('001E000000lq6B8IAI'));
}
Note that the value is in an array here because of issues with quoting condition values. This should maybe be fixed in the Salesforce module.
