Asset Intelligence maintains a complete history of events and changes for each asset.
This provides visibility into what has happened over time and supports traceability, accountability, and troubleshooting.
The Activity and Auditing system records:
- Changes to asset details
- Environment events and risk transitions
- Advisory generation
- Document actions
- Custody events (check in / check out)
- Sensor-driven changes in the room
This system allows you to answer:
- What changed?
- When did it change?
- Why did the risk state change?
- Who made the change?
- How has an asset behaved over time?
Activity is grouped into categories to make it easier to understand and filter.
Tracks changes to how the asset or room is defined.
Examples:
- Sensor mapping updated
- Window direction added
- Environment limits changed
Tracks changes in sensor values and room conditions.
Examples:
- Temperature increased
- Humidity spike
- Sensor became unavailable
Tracks changes in evaluated conditions.
Examples:
- Risk state changed from GREEN to AMBER
- Risk state changed from AMBER to RED
- Confidence degraded due to missing sensors
Tracks generated insights and recommendations.
Examples:
- Suggested reducing humidity
