Notes on this release

This will be an unusually beefy point release of images.
We see the update of openresty to v1.31.1.1 (see release notes).
Further, we're introducing a host of new images (mariadb, solr, and solr-drupal).
Finally, we say goodbye to Node 20 and Ruby 3.2, which were previously deprecated, no new images will be built for these, so get off them ASAP.

New/Deprecated/Removed Images

The following images were removed (previously deprecated): Node 20 and Ruby 3.2.

The following images were added: MariaDB 12.3, MariaDB 11.8, Solr 10, and Solr 10 Drupal.
