Mist is a macOS-style desktop shell for Hyprland, written in Rust. Every surface (bar, dock, Dynamic
Island, desktop cards, panels) is drawn on the CPU into wl_shm buffers; only the live wallpaper uses the GPU.

- Installation: package or checkout, Hyprland config, fonts.
-
Keybindings and IPC: the keys, and
mist-ui-bin msgfor scripting everything. - Desktop and cards: the clock, weather, Garmin and running cards, Customise desktop.
-
Configuration: what lives in
~/.config/mist/.
