IPC: mist-ui-bin msg

Everything the keys do goes through one command, so any key daemon, script or Hyprland bind can drive Mist:

mist-ui-bin msg <target> <function> [args...]

It talks to the running mist-ui-bin over a Unix socket in $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (another one with MIST_UI_SOCK). The answer, if any, is printed; unknown means no such target / function.
