Command Overview

简体中文 | English

For Farmer's Future Delight 1.4.0 / Minecraft 1.12.2.

The four new commands

Command Purpose Permission Does it change data?
/locatebiome <biome_id> Find biome coordinates Command permission level 2 Does not deliberately edit configuration or place blocks; does not teleport you
/ffd_rawore <scan|generate> [all] Scan for and generate custom raw-ore JSON Command permission level 2 scan previews results; generate writes files
/ffd_strippedwood <scan|generate> [all] Scan for and generate custom stripped-wood JSON Command permission level 2 scan previews results; generate writes files
/ffd_fluidmigration status List pending fluid records and reopen a migration prompt Single-player world owner, or an administrator/console with level 2 permission Does not confirm conversion or removal
/ffd_fluidmigration convert <token> Keep convertible fluids and adjust the required settings Same as above Updates the necessary configuration and schedules conversion
/ffd_fluidmigration discard <token> Remove a matching category of old fluid records while keeping the blocks Same as above Records the removal decision and schedules cleanup

The last three rows are subcommands of the same /ffd_fluidmigration command.

Warning: discard submits the removal decision immediately. Unlike the dialog, the command has no second-click confirmation. Check the token and back up your world before using it.

What does "permission level 2" mean?

  • Single player: cheats normally need to be enabled.
  • Multiplayer: you need the appropriate administrator permissions. The server's settings determine whether you have level 2 access.
  • Server console: these management commands can be run from the console. Generated files are saved on the server, not automatically on a player's computer.
  • Fluid migration is an exception: the single-player world owner can confirm migration even with cheats disabled. This exception does not apply to the other three commands.

Being in Creative mode does not by itself grant server administrator permissions.

Entering arguments

  • Use a biome's registry ID, such as minecraft:plains, rather than its display name.
  • scan previews the results; generate creates files.
  • all expands the scan rules. It does not bypass checks, overwrite existing files, or force generation.
  • A migration <token> comes from the output of /ffd_fluidmigration status. It is not a coordinate or a block ID. Copy the complete token from the current output.

/locatebiome, /ffd_rawore, and /ffd_strippedwood provide Tab completion for their supported arguments. Obtain migration tokens from the current status output.

File locations and when changes take effect

All config/ paths in this guide are relative to the game or server directory actually running the mod.

New raw ores, raw-ore blocks, and stripped wood must be registered during startup. They do not appear immediately, and there is no dedicated reload command. Review the generated files, then fully restart the game or server. In multiplayer, keep the valid custom definitions consistent between the server and its clients so their registered content matches.

This version has no separate command for batch-generating custom deepslate ores. /ffd_rawore is not a deepslate-ore generator.
