- Release Candidate in advance? Duration? No RC this round
- Release Manager? No, we'll just try to get things done
- Commit access is comparable to other projects: tickets and patches and then a motion
- Most additions are extensions but should be built on GeoMOOSE.* extension API
- Rough draft on website/svn
- Revise as we go
- What is current status/schedule?
- They are on alpha3, but it seems too early to be done.
- Proposed June 15th
- BrianF lacks time, offers nomination of others
- BrianF still chair, remind him if he needs to do something.
- Version is current version of software.
- Milestone is the goal version fix will get released in.
- Add links to download page to revision log and note that it updates nightly.
- Add file to download that shows from which svn revision it originated.
- Action items should also make it to tickets in Trac to actually get done
