2.6 has been released!
List indicates lots of use, some issues
- Trac contains patches which need addressed.
Extension building / including documentation. This will require getting Windows-build ".bat" files working.
- Motivated by wanting to dynamically add elements like DataGrid.
- Created ticket #128, http://trac.osgeo.org/geomoose/ticket/128
- No particularly controversial tickets found in Trac. Many have patches that should be implemented. Estimates on a half-to-full day of work to implement.
Need for a Roadmap meeting was identified. Date TBD. Will schedule over email and announce to list.

Primitive systems like: bash, curl/wget, and diff?
- Get url and parameters with curl or wget like query ownername anderson
- Has known correct xml response (click the link, not pasting here)
- diff the expected and returned result to determine pass/fail
What can be tested like this?
What can't be tested like this? How to test those?
Other ideas? Better methods that are less primitive, easier to maintain?

Outstanding tasks:
- The project code, documentation and data has been adequately vetted to assure it is all properly licensed, and a copyright notice included. - I think we are done with data review now, not sure if it got officially noted though.
  - Need to create an "AUTHORS.rst" or similar in SVN.
- The project maintains a list of all copyright holders identified in the Provenance Review Document.
- All code contributors have agreed to abide by the project's license policy, and this agreement has been documented and archived.

Coming out soon
Dean updated QuickStart to 2.6 in our tree, I helped to structure this into a hopefully dual purpose document (GeoMoose website and OSGeo Live DVD), overview not done, also not in Live DVD tree
Need to touch base with Jim, who has done the bulk of that work.
