Vote on Budget proposal for 2024

This month's meeting was held earlier in the month than usual, for the sole purpose of finalizing and voting on the proposed 2024 budget.

The following budget was proposed:

• $1,000 for sys admin work, reviews, and pipeline work
• $500 for packaging
• $1,000 for documentation (and service testing)
• $1,500 for a Code Sprint

The budget proposal passed with all PSC members in attendance voting +1
