Review of the 3.1.X release and future release ideas.

Lots of bug fixes (many from MnDOT)
Look at Roadmap and what made it into release and what didn't for setting 3.2.0 priorities
WFS-T discussion
Lots of additional local editing discussion

Fundraising, fund-spending, and development goals. Some ideas:

I'd love to spend some cash to get a UI design revamp. Open to designers, ideas, budgets, etc.
Complete testing. We have some tests but I'd like to round out what we have and try to be more complete, especially with services.
RFC 6 passed but the website needs to be updated (see list, archive).
Ideas for a fundraiser

User feedback? How are things going for everyone implementation wise?

Some features went away (WFS-T, radio buttons), some new features (works in mobile)
Users need reasons to switch/upgrade. We should promote benefits
Talk of linking to the multiple demos.
